Custom Orders
Custom orders are accepted here at Hawthorne Alchemy. If you wish to make a custom order, please message me by either using the contact form on the website or here at: hawthornealchemyjewellery@gmail.com.We ask for a deposit payment up front for all custom orders.
Any custom orders we might have will be bumped to the front of the queue and completed as soon as possible.

At this point in time returns are not accepted so please make sure that your double check everything before you make a purchase.
If however there is a problem with an item of jewellery, such as damage or wrong item, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Shipping Information
- Processing Time
I aim to keep shipping times as short as possible, from between 3-5 working days. If there is any issue or delay on my end I will aim to contact you as soon as possible.
- Domestic Shipping
All orders shipped within the UK will be posted via Royal Mail using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This normally means that your order will be with you the next working day after posting. You will receive an email containing your tracking number after your order has been shipped.
- International Shipping
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Shipping times vary depending on your country but most items will arrive within a week of posting. You will receive and email containing your tracking number after your order has been shipped.
